Please note that we do not offer informal telephone conversations with our GPs. All clinical discussions must be via a booked 10 minute telephone consultation. These appointments are chargeable at £60 and this fee must be paid before the call can take place.
All repeat prescription requests must be made with a minimum of 5 working days notice and the £20 fee must be paid before the prescription can be issued. An invoice will be issued once the medication has been requested. Maximum 3 months supply will be issued at one time (with the exception of contraception and HRT where up to 6 months will be issued at the clinician's discretion).
